The easiest way is to use our online booking system—click any 'Book Now' button on our site. You can also fill out the contact form on this page, call us, or send an email. We'll confirm your date, location, and package details.

Our cancellation policy depends on timing and whether permits have been purchased. If we haven't yet purchased your permit, you'll receive a full refund. If permits have been purchased and you cancel more than 48 hours before your event, you receive a full refund minus the $157 permit fee. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a booking credit minus permit fees, and rescheduling to a new day requires a new permit. Same-day cancellations within 6 hours of start time are not eligible for a refund or credit. Special events and groups of 30+ have separate terms. See our Refund Policy page for full details.

Yes. Weekends are our busiest time, but we monitor messages and calls seven days a week during season. Expect a response within a few hours during business hours.

You can adjust your start time on the same day if you contact us before noon. If you need to reschedule to a different day, a new permit purchase ($157) will be required. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
